From the 1st of January 2018 Value Added Tax is applicable in the UAE.
All entities which have a turnover of more that 375,000 AED a year have to be VAT Registered. The VAT registration process is somewhat cumbersome with a number of requirements to be fulfilled. Having been involved in VAT requirements and registrations in the UAE since 2017 we are very experienced in communicating with the FTA to ensure registrations are completed swiftly. We are able to assist with VAT submissions as well as the required bookkeeping and records keeping and update the FTA for any changes to the company’s structure as required.
